Anna is a Brighton-based acupuncturist dedicated to providing thoughtful, effective treatments in a calm and supportive environment. She holds a first-class honours degree from the International College of Oriental Medicine, where she completed extensive training in both the theory and practice of Chinese Medicine.
Anna works with people who have acute and chronic health conditions, as well as those seeking to maintain and strengthen their overall wellbeing. Treatments are carefully tailored to each patient’s specific needs, drawing on a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element theory, and classical Stems and Branches. By bringing these approaches together, she provides personalised care that supports the body’s natural healing process.
Her journey into acupuncture began in her teenage years, when she sought treatment for PMT. The positive changes she felt – both physically and emotionally – left a lasting impression. This experience sparked a growing interest in Chinese Medicine and its holistic approach to health, which eventually led her to pursue professional training. Today, she is dedicated to helping others improve their health and well-being through acupuncture.
